Sebuah Pengalaman ..

           Hari ni adalah last day aku posting medicine karkala..Good bye McLeod 4 awhile..hihi..McLeod adalah buku yg aku gune sepanjang posting medicine ni..Lepas ni InsyaAllah aku akn posting Psychiatry kt manipal for 3weeks..besnye da bole blk awl,xde penat2 naek bus..hihi..to ol yg akn posting kt karkala mulai esk,HEPY KARKALA POSTING..lalala..

           Arini gak aku ade endposting exam..For medicine ktorg ade Clinical Examination n OSPE..how was it?! emm..im lil bit frust wit my performance today during clinicl examntion, not do it very well la..huhu..sedey..:( Aku dpt seorang patient perempuan yg ade respiratory problem..n examiner was Dr Sushikiran,HOD of Medicine..He is nice guy actually,good doctor as well..he ask me to do general examination on patient..im slightly neves,yela 1st tym kn..so i started examine the hands first,n i didnt realize dat i forgot a few steps b4 dat until Dr shashikiran comment about our perfomance in da class after exam..aiyoo..1st mistake 4 today!!!..huhu..

          Then i continue examine nails n palms..i said there's no clubbing,but its there!!..da 3rd grade of clubbing da..2nd mistake..!!!pas2 aku mention sal AV fistula..da la xtau pe sbenanye bnde2 tp btau jgak,xpsal2 kn ty nga shashikiran sal bnde tu..huhu..so pasni plz remember,AV fistula is not a disease,its ARTIFICIAL!!!!! hehe..then,he ask me to perform how to palpate trachea n epitrochlear lymph nodes..aduhh..dalam byk2 lymph nodes,asal la epitrochlear lymph nodes gak yg kene palpate..luckily,aku perform btol..[sbenanye maen teke2 je..haha]..n peak skali bile die suh aku auscult at da back..n aku dengar sume vesicular sound but actually ade crackles sound..waaa!!!!trok giler...rase down sgt2 lepas klua dr bilik tu..

          Sepanjang ari asik terpikir2 je performance td..i did damn bad!!!huhu..tp,b4 start exam td,i talked to milaksh n syani,told them aku cuak..tp milaksh ckp,dunt worry[gaye milaksh..hihi]..this is our 1st tym n we still in da learning process..no matter whether u pass o fail,but da most important now is EXPERIENCE..yupp..wut he said absolutely right =)..bile aku pikir balik,pengalaman yg aku dpt arini adalah sgt bermakne..setiap mistakes tu is a learning process..btol x??hihi..thus,chaiyok2 shida!!neve give up k!!belaja from mistake n dont repeat da same thing k!!hihi..so pasni kene berusaha lebih lg,xle maen2 da..kt Melaka nt lg ssh,tougher than here..

          Berusaha ye DR SHIDA..LEARN FROM UR MISTAKE!!Hope can be a good doctor 1 day..InsyaAllah..doakan aku ye=)
